Our policy on returns and exchanges...

At Total Bliss we want everyone to be happy with their purchase and satisfied with it's quality. We know that you want and need to see items like lamps and art in your home setting before committing to buying.

Therefore, we have a 7-day return policy on full price items. With your receipt, we will refund to your original form of payment.

There have to be some exceptions to this policy. Here they are:

1) Chalk Paint® brand products and General Finishes® brand products and all paint-related products cannot be returned or exchanged. Here's why! It's would not want to purchase a can of paint from us that had been compromised. Even if you did not open it, the paint may have spent several days in your hot car trunk, or freezing car or garage. While our products are the finest quality, we cannot then tell you with certainty what their performance will be. We don't want you starting your project and being disappointed in this fabulous product, because it really is the best! We have this policy posted in the store and on all receipts, and it does apply to everyone. That said, please make your selections carefully.

2) Custom silk floral arrangements that have been made or altered specifically for you are not returnable. Once they leave the store, they are yours!

Tom and I are proud to be retailers in this area and we love our customers. As small business owners, we make decisions based on what we feel is best for our store, and for our customers.
