A Table in Chateau Grey
Monday, August 13, 2012 at 08:00AM Total Bliss purchased this table over six months ago but we never got around to painting it. It's a great table - sturdy, no structural damage.
But the previous paint job was...not our favorite. The flowers were acceptable but there was an odd orange tint over the entire piece (it looked like someone spilled foundation over it and used it as a glaze.)
But alas...
We wanted something that evoked autumn. The only problem was that we did not want brown.
Finally it struck us! Chateau Grey!
And what if we added some architectural detailing with some inexpensive wooden pieces from the local hardware store? And what if we added some interest with Stencil Paint from Royal Design Studio? And what if we did that in copper?!
To see the whole piece, stop by Total Bliss in Summerfield!
