Guess Who I Met!

Jonathan Adler!

Ok. "Met" is a bit of a stretch. But I sat in the third row of a conference room and listened to him speak. I was so nervous and excited merely being in his eye line that meeting him would have caused some sort of system overload.

Anyway...his insights were invaluable. He focused on the importance of authenticity in design...as well as life. At the end of the allotted time, he opened up the floor to questions. Which was when things got funny because, well, he's quite comical.

Favorite quotes:

"We believe celebrities should pay full price."

"No one under 30 should think too much. Your brain should just be...you know...light and frothy."
