Don't you just love it when a friend makes it big?!

I mean...realizes a dream, accomplishes something monumental, sees hard work and committment pay off.....

Well, a friend of mine has done just that !   Michelle Schwartz is the author of DECADES, a series of exciting novels set in the 20th century, each decade with its own story to tell.  The writing genre paints a moving picture of the turn of the century, post WWII, the Roaring Twenties, etc.  The debut novel, City of Grace 1936, follows a suspected jewel thief during the Great Depression.

I got the book, hot off the press, and love it!  Let's face it, we all need a little "escape" right now.  Michelle lives in San Francisco part-time and Greensboro part-time and is a delightful gal who just happens to have this fantastic talent.  It would be fun to feature in local book clubs because you could eventually meet the author and look forward to the next "decade".  And, like me, brag that ..."I knew her when"!
